I had a fantastic stay over Christmas! The location was unbeatable, right by the beach and just a short walk to the fine fountain. I really appreciated the spacious room, which was perfect for my family. Plus, it was super neat and clean, making our stay feel cozy and comfortable. The staff were friendly, which made things even better!
There were a few hiccups. Getting extra towels was a real hassle; we had to ask multiple times. The amenities could use some upgrades, too—like they only had disposable cups in the room. The delays in room service were frustrating, but overall, we managed to enjoy our holiday!

Everything was good, the parking was onsite, the room was reasonably spacious. I was offered a room with particularly good views of the sea. The bedding and beds were comfy. The location was marvellous for walking around Jeddah Corniche. I had really great days staying at this brand-new hotel.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were poor.

This hotel has a great location near the beach and the Albalad Historic Area. The breakfast is a standout, with a huge variety of delicious options and a nice view from the 6th floor restaurant. Most of the staff were hospitable, contributing to a warm atmosphere.
Sound travels easily, so it can get noisy at night.
